Start your day right in Shichigahama!

In other words, the perfect conditions to enjoy a spot of SUP (Stand Up Paddle-boarding)! See the beautiful pine-clad islands of Matsushima up close from your paddle-board. Weave through and around the tiny deserted islands before heading back to the boat for a hot cup of fresh coffee and some onigiri rice-balls for breakfast! Away from the tourists and the busy fishing ports, in this area of Matsushima you can take in the same untouched breathtaking views that have been enjoyed for hundreds of years.
