Who We are

Miyagi Prefecture, Japan. We also have an office in the area of Bandai-Asahi National Park in Fukushima Prefecture.

We work closely with local DMOs and DMCs, leverage our in-depth knowledge of the region,
and partner with top-notch local guides.

Our connections with Japanese government agencies such as the Japan National Tourism Organization (JNTO),
the Ministry of the Environment, and the Tohoku Tourism Organization
ensure that our tours are reliable and thoughtfully created.

We are particularly good at tours that utilize the national parks of northern Japan.
Our team includes English-speaking staff, and we provide experienced English-speaking guides on-site.
We also have staff with mountain guide and taxi licenses, and we are good at customizing tours.

What we do

At InOutbound Tohoku, we design tours and customize unique ala carte
experiences to give our guests a true understanding of Japanese culture, not only through nature, culture, and history,
but more importantly, through personal encounters. We believe tourism should not be consumed like fast food.

Our approach is not to simply visit beautiful places, take photos,
and share them on social media before moving on to the next destination.

Our goal is to create tours and experiences that deeply move our guests, inspiring personal growth
and new perspectives through meaningful interactions with the local people
who enjoy the gifts that nature produces, the culture, and the local people who enjoy them.

To achieve this, we work with some of the most inspiring people in Japan
and invite them to share their art, work, or life stories with our guests.

Working with skilled local interpreters and guides, we overcome language barriers
to create truly unique and transformative experiences for our guests.

Attracxi

Starting from Sendai, we offer comfortable, fully customized private tours throughout the Tohoku region.
Our English-speaking guide-drivers, who hold professional driver licenses, provide both transportation and guided experiences in one seamless service.
Our original Attracxi® service combines Attraction (sightseeing) and Taxi (transportation) — turning travel time into part of the journey itself.
