Local cuisine cooking class & traditional hearth-fire lunch (+lodging)

Experience the local culture and flavours of Kesen in a traditional Japanese-style building.

The ‘Kesenn Carpentry History Museum’ is fascinating to visit in its own right, featuring three different buildings constructed using traditional Japanese building techniques.  On this tour, not only will you have the chance to take-in the history and unique architecture, but you will enjoy a cooking class of regional cuisine led by local residents themselves. Once finished cooking, gather around the traditional hearth fire to enjoy the fruits of your labor for lunch!
